The Victorian Topper is a miniature top hat hand made in black velour, trimmed with black satin, black and white feathers and large birdcage veiling. The brim is trimmed in satin trim, and the crown is lined.
All hats are handmade to order so will take from 1 - 3 weeks to make , if you need your hat more urgently please contact us before purchasing.
Each hat is packed in tissue in a box, inside shipping box. Shipping is free on orders over $300. Please email me with questions.

Custom orders, personalized orders, or Sales items are not exchangeable or returnable, UNLESS they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
