All hats by Marine & Deerfield are custom made. Even if you see a photo on the site, and ask for it in your size, the hat is made from scratch for you.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation.   Full payment in advance is necessary for all orders. Custom made hats are non-refundable, non-returnable.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, so I can fix it. 

• Custom made hats can not be exchanged, however you can return it and we can adjust the hat to your liking.  

• Wholesale hats are not returnable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
