DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO
For custom made hats, please allow 2-3 weeks for wholesale orders, and 1-2 weeks for custom orders. Full payment in advance is necessary for all custom & wholesale orders. Custom made hats are non-refundable, non-returnable. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, so we can fix it.
For purchasing ready made hats, allow 3-5 days shipping processing. Once the hat has shipped I will e-mail you a tracking number for your convenience.
For ready made hats I gladly accept exchanges, but not returns or cancellations. Just contact me within 3 days after delivery. Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery.
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, I can't accept exhanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
